Kids perfect fit! Here it is! Here’s a father who is giving his children the gift of life. This is absolutely amazing! Kids Perfect Fit I’ve never seen kids so fit. Congratulations to Giuliano and Claudio Stroe, but especially to their father.

I didn’t realize what was happening when my daughter was a small toddler. I got up very early in the morning to do my 1 1/2 hour workouts with Jane Fonda. Years later I found a picture I didn’t even remember taking. It was of my daughter with her leg high in the air and hands on the floor doing a kick along with me! She had her own headband, leotards and a great stretch!

The lessons?

When kids are young, they are listening. Get it in then! Later they’ll be very busy forming their own opinions about life. And about YOU!

Giving your children the hunger for and means to stay fit, they will eat it up and really enjoy the rest of their lives.
