Want that Miracle Body? Here’s how.
It’s the day after. The day after the Christmas holidays. You’ve spent your time thinking about all the great things you want to eat and practically no time on how you are going to look when you’re done. Save that for the day after.
I did that last year. I ate whatever I wanted to eat from Thanksgiving right on through the New Year’s resolutions. That included lots of breads. I don’t normally eat white four products, so it seemed like a treat at the time. I’ve been trying to take off that extra weight all of 2012. This year I did it differently. I ate very few cookies, cakes, pies, etc. I enjoyed thoroughly what I did eat, but kept it to a minimum. Somehow when you have less it seems like more. Really.
I can say I didn’t add weight like I did last year and I had a lot more fun eating than when I had no restrictions at all. That was a nice surprise.
For me it’s a miracle. This is a tidy little secret I can use the entire rest of my life and rest easy knowing I am in control and can have some fun while I’m at it.
I really CAN have my cake and eat it, too. Now that’s a Miracle when so many people are stuck in their frustrating habits of ignorance and face a slow death rather than a Miracle Body. I’m 63 years old and still wear my ‘normal’ clothes. Feels great!
